MAINTENANCE FORMATS

Full Equipe Maintenance

We assume the full responsibility of managing the maintenance of the physical patrimony of our clients through the following actions:

  • Annual realization of inventories on the physical patrimony. Annual technical audits of all the physical patrimony.
  • Technical-Legal Audits
  • Preventive Maintenance: Periodic reviews and completion of detailed reports.
  • Corrective Maintenance: Resolution and repair of problems on a day-to-day basis.
  • Modificative Maintenance: Replacement of installations by the end of their useful life or to improve the energy efficiency of the building (network analyzers, led lighting, enthalpy recovery, etc …)
  • Annual Technical-Economic Reports with the recommendations that are provided to the client for their budget planning for the following fiscal year.

Management Maintenance

  • We assume maintenance management without providing day-to-day maintenance services:
